Easy and tasty. I did not think the mozzarella added much, but the roasted peppers really top it off. Served it with sourdough, but I think I will try Italian or French next. Definitely saving as a soup favorite. Teens liked it!"

Excellent tasting and beautiful plated! Used meat from crab legs and extra sliced granny smith apples I had prepared for an apple pie, i.e., they had a little brown sugar and cinnamon on them. Used shallots, and topped with fresh thyme. One thing that really popped was the mustard I used....Inglehoffer stone ground. Fantastic. This is a meal for company...

One of those things that is difficult to stop eating. I made it for dinner. Only modifications were because of ingredients I had or did not have. Used 1/2 pound of chorizo and 1/2 pound of sweet Italian sausage and flour tortillas. Did not top off with salsa and forgot the sour cream. Such a great blend of flavors it did not matter. Still a great...

Very good and easy. I tried chicken broth instead of chardonnay for the sauce because I only had enough wine to serve with dinner. Because of that, I should have used less salt. It was still very good, however. Chardonnay was the perfect compliment to this meal. Everyone at my table will be cooking this recipe."
