this was a little time consuming but otherwise easy. i think the stove was not on high enough. i didn't have all of the herbs so i didn't use any of them. nor did i have wine or truffle oil. but this still came out delicious. ""

this was so easy! will definitely make this again. although, not sure if a whole stick of butter is needed, will use less next time or try olive oil. i also sauteed shallots and sliced mini portobella in the butter with squeeze of lemon and that was really tasty on the fish and added some texture.""
