Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey
"I have been making this recipe since I first saw it about 6 years ago. Huge hit, and worth the brining hassle.
Regarding using a pan, I use a very large roasting pan with 3 inch sides. That way, I don't worry about "overflow." I honestly can't remember if there is a lot of liquid or not, but if you can get a bigger pan with high sides, I would do that. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
