About Me

I love to cook. My grandparents were restraunteurs with French and Italian haute cuisine restaraunts in New Orleans, Birmingham, and Nashville.  My mother would lay out place settings at their restaraunt , then go to learn cooking techniques in the kitchen. She had a great palate and cooked full course meals every day in our family of ten. We all love to cook today and even the great-grandchildren are learning. Thanks to Mom again for great meals en famille!
