"This is the BEST soup ever!!!! I made this last night for my boyfriend and he loved it. I think the key is the cheese rind. Makes the soup taste so creamy and nutty. I did remove the rosemary after 10 mins while the potatoes were cooking. The flavor could be a bit overwhelming for some people. Thanks Giada!!!
