Love this recipe. I added some marjoram to the filling mixture and thought it added a lot to the flavor along with the thyme. Following the advice of other reviewers, I made sure it was well seasoned each step of the way, even added a few drops of tobasco and a tsp. of Worcestershire. Not enough to taste, just enough to make the other flavors "pop"....
