Reviewed Pumpkin Cheesecake With Bourbon-Spiked Cream

I had never made pumpkin cheesecake before and it was delicious. I made it for a dinner party and there wasn't any left. I baked it for 45 minutes but it started cracking. Next time I'll take it out a few minutes early. My husband loved it but asked I add a little more sugar next time. We love it and will definitely make the again....really soon""
