I sort of followed this recipe somewhat. I did not have any onion but I have used in Chicken and Dumplings before. I did not cut my chicken up but left it whole. This was an okay cookie - I do agree with others it needs some nuts and maybe some chocolate chips or white chocolate. My 5 year old grandson liked them and got a kick out of making. What was important was the memories we made together. Thanks Paula.

I made this last night for my son and I - it was a hit. I did not have diced tomatoes but had two small cans of tomato sauce and used that instead. My son liked it and I will make again.

I added a tablespoon of lemon pepper to the rub and applied to almost a 5 pound pork loin. I put in a platic bag and let set in the fridge for 24 hours and cooked as directed. I was worried it woudl be too dry but it came out perfect. My sons enjoyed. I will make this again. Thanks Paula- you rock!!!!!!!
