Very Yummy and easy to make. I halved the recipe and used almonds and craisins. Great morning treat. I also baked them in regular sized muffin tins. I baked them at 350 for about 18 minutes. ""

Love the size of this recipe. I make smaller pizzas so this gives me around 12 pizzas. I always save what I don't use in ready to go dough balls and freeze. It takes about 20 min for them to thaw or you can zap them on low if you are careful. "

This was a nice pancake. Adding the vanilla and nutmeg where a great addition. Where I am currently living I am unable to buy maple syrup, so the addition of the two were a welcome treat. I just used a bit of local honey and voilà a wonderful way to start the day!"

Reviewed Lemon Rice and Eggplant-Chick Pea Curry

Quick and easy dinner. I didn't have any paste so I used a load of curry powder, worked just fine. Next time I'll double the spices as I like it with more of a zip. Also for me the cardamom isn't optional, it makes the dish!
