This is a solid sugar cookie recipe. It works every time and isn't fussy. My favorite part is that you can roll some of the dough a little thicker for the decorated cookies and then the rest of the dough very, very thin (I use a fluted round cutter) for un-frosted wafer-type cookies (baking time is quite reduced).""
