Reviewed Cappellini al Forno

"I have not made this yet, but I plan on serving this weekend for brunch. When Giada made it on TV today (7/11/11), she did not serve it with any sauce at all. I have never found a "jarred ' sauce that is worthy (Silver Palete, maybe). Can it be served just as is or will it be too dry. I'm thinking its like a fritatta, no? "

Reviewed Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes

"Not one of Ina's best recipes. I don't like the taste of the chocolate syrup, it tastes like a boxed cake mix. Better to find a recipe with cocoa or a better quality chocolate. Perhaps a good treat for the kids. What I did love is the yield of a dozen! Most cupcake recipes make 24+."

Reviewed White Bean Dip with Pita Chips

"Rather bland and runny. Would be better with a veggie platter than with pita."
