This is so very good and yes it is a lot of work! I used small cubed parboiled potatoes and chorizo in my filling instead of the beef, almonds, raisins and olives. I can't tell you just how good they turned out. I love Tyler, he is my go to guy! Love this recipe...start making it a day a head so that it's not so time consuming...but so worth ...

These cookies are so good! You've got to try them. I think you should try the freezing, grating method, it makes it light and airy...although the crust is rich due to all that butter. So easy to do but the taste is out of this world. I used a larger pan(more like a lasagna pan) did half of the pan in raspberry and the other half in apricot/pineapple...
