Reviewed Ricotta with Vanilla-Sugar Croutons and Berries

This is one of the best desserts I've ever made. I'm not a huge fan of ricotta so I used mascarpone cheese instead and, because of that, substituted pound cake for the bread. I made this for a few friends and everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. I made extra sauce so we could have leftovers to spoon over vanilla ice cream later in the week"
