“This was an excellent weeknight dinner. I cut the recipe in half and it was still a teensy bit tooo much for the 2 of us. I would definately make this again. Maybe if I wanted to "tart it up" for company I would fold in in a little shredded spinach or arugula, but basically a nice marriage of flavors. "”
