Reviewed Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip
"Love this dip, and so does everyone else! I use this all the time for parties, and it is always gone. I added more parm, a bit of motz, paprika, and less mayo, placed it in a shallow baking dish. I put a mixture of grated parm and shredded motz on top and stuck it in the oven until the top was golden brown. I now need to make double or triple batches by request.
A lot of people don't "like the combination," but all you have to do is tweak it to your preferences like I did. It's a great and EASY base recipe!! I am looking no further!"
