My Activity

Reviewed Cheese Tortellini in Light Broth

"Can easy be too simple: Yes! This soup was a little too bland for me. But, otherwise, it wasn't all that bad. I enjoyed the cheesiness and warm broth flavor. All it needs is just a bit more flavor. I tried adding a bit of bell peppers and it turned out great,"

Reviewed Chicken Parmesan

About Me

I'm a chef from California. I watch the Food Network religiously and I am in love with Giada's recipes.  For fun, I participate in online fashion and set design and I act in musicals. I am passionate about Broadway and I am inspired by Giada Di Laurentis.

Favorite Foods

I love Giada's Chicken Parmesan, Lemon Spaghetti, and Tortellini Soup. My favorite food to cook is my very own Stuffed Shells. I take an Italian-seasoned ground beef mixture and stuff it inside jumbo pasta shells. I top off the shells with marinara sauce and chesse, pop it in the oven for 30 mins until baked to perfection. I am famous for preparing white rice topped with a chicken cutlet and a creamy saffron sauce...Mmmm...And my favorite restaurant to eat at would be The Filling Station in Old Towne Orange or the Lazy Dog Cafe.
