Amazing flavor, great comfort food dish!

I used only 4 strips of a cherry-wood smoked bacon, this was enough to brown meat and add a great flavor without as much fat. By the looks of other reviews my instincts to reduce the amount of bacon/grease were right on. I used 4 bone-in skin-on breasts. In the end my dish was 6-8 servings...

I loved the stuffing- it was rich and flavorful, but the wine lemon sauce didn't fit with the flavor profile of the chicken & stuffing.
