Reviewed Coconut Toffee
"Followed the recipe exactly. Used unsweetened desiccated coconut and a candy thermometer. The mixture was just way too dry, so it was a crumbly mess. Need less coconut or more water mixture?? Also, it just ended up tasting like sweetened coconut. I couldn't taste the pinch of cardamom either. Won't make again, sorry Aarti.
