Reviewed Caramel Cinnamon Graham Apple Pie with Caramel Pecan Cream

"One word...Amazing! I don't like apple pies. I made this recipe for Thanksgiving because everyone else likes it. However, we all agreed this was the best appple pie. I took a few shortcuts. I used an already-made crust and used a butterscotch caramel sauce that I drizzled on as soon as the pie came out of the oven. I nixed the whip cream topping as per other reviews. When it cooled, the sauce made it sort of crispy-always a good thing!

Reviewed City Ham

"The first time I ever made ham I used this recipe. I used it for Thanksgiving last year; it was so popular that my family requested it for Xmas, Easter, and this year's holiday season. I opted not to use the bourban and instead used a good organic vanilla extract. I didn't see it in the recipe; however, on the original episode Alton cooked the ham the entire time with a kitchen towel underneath it. I tried with and without it; I recommend using it.
