My Activity

Reviewed Diet Soda Cake

"OMG!!! agree, I will not make a cake with oil and eggs again. I used a diet red rasberry soda with chocolate cake mix. My family raved about it and have no idea it is a swap out version. I'm not telling."

Reviewed Easy White Pizza

"Very good. I made this with whole wheat tortilla instead of pizza dough (I was in a hurry for lunch) and loved it. I just browned one side turned it over and placed the ingredients on top and put back in for a couple of minutes to melt cheese. Served with a simple green salad. I prefer thin crust and this was just perfect. Will do again."

Reviewed Calf's Liver with Bacon, Caramelized Onions and Sherry

"This was my first attempt at cooking beef liver. My husband loves liver and I don't. I decided to try this recipe for him. He absolutely loved it and went out the next day and bought more liver (he claims it just jumped into the basket). I will do this one again. Thanks Emeril"

Reviewed Game Day Chili

"Very Good, I took the advice of previous reviews and used 2 cans crushed tomatos and 1 can tomato sauce so it wouldn't be soupy. I used 1 lb ground beef (we like the meaty sauce). I also used La Hot sauce in place of the crused red pepper (to taste) and added bell pepper to the veggies. I will make this chili again.
