Reviewed Honey Dijon Mustard Pork Loin
"This was okay. Definately not impressed and have had better. It was an interesting taste to say the least. It was moist though which is a plus. Will not be making this again
Reviewed Buffalo Chicken Dip
"I have been making this for years. First off NEVER use canned chicken..yuck! Take the time to cook your own chicken breast or if your short on time buy a small rotisserie chicken (they're not too expenisve) I used a food processor and give the chicken a few turns in it. I always start off with a half cup of ranch and hot sauce but depending on the company I'm having usually always add more hot sauce. I eye ball the mozzeralla and never use the blue cheese crumbles because that is just too overwhelming and takes away from the taste of the chicken and "buffalo" flavor.
Reviewed Hot Spinach-Artichoke Dip
"I hate to alter a recipe but this needed it. I followed Paula's original to the T but it really had no taste so I added a lot more pepper jack, a little more parm and added a few teaspoons of garlic and onion powder as well as some dried habanero pepper flakes. After that is was pretty good. The concept is right on but the actual outcome needs improvement.
Reviewed Citrus Champagne Punch
"Man was I and my guests disppointed. Made this for New Years and it was not at all what I thought it was going to be. I think the amounts of alcohols need to be adjusted as I thought the amount of the champagne was too much. Better off with a mikes hard lemonade......
