I make this a lot and serve with chips or grilled bread. I also add a can of no salt diced tomatoes too, drained. Delish!!"

This is one of my favorite dips and my children really love it! I have shared this recipe with many people and they too have loved it! We have it almost every friday as our appetizer before the pizza comes. I even spoon some of it onto my pizza. Thanks Giada!"

I love this recipe! I use this as my sauce when I don't have time to make the lasagna. It is a big hit with my family and very easy to put together. I often make this during the week and serve with large pasta shells. Thanks Aida!"

I make this as a dip or a serving sauce for chicken or steak. I roast the eggplant, tomatoes, garlic, and I add some onions. When done, I just puree it all and serve. It is delicious and very easy to throw together!!"

I've tried this twice. I agree that the prep time is not 15 mins and I did not soak the lasagna noodles, I used them right out of the box. I also cooked the lasagna for 40 - 45 mins, not 1 hour. It could use a little more sauce so I added an 8 ounce can of no salt sauce. I will make this again because it was very good!!"
