Reviewed Bruschetta with Shrimp, Tarragon and Arugula
"Awesome flavor! I'm not usually a fan of tarragon, but it really added a great flavor to this dish. I turned the recipe into a main course by keeping the shrimp whole and adding sliced red and yellow bell peppers. I served it in a shallow bowl garnished with a slice of toasted crusty bread for soaking up the sauce."
