"This recipe is AWSOME!
I also cheated and used my my hand mixer on the egg mixture worked great.
I used my Kitchen Aid bowl as a double boiler it took 7-10 min.
If you use a 9x13 metal pan like I did then use 22 cookies, soak them well and they fit snug I used a knife to push them this way. I used 1 1/2 packages. But it all fit in one pan. ""

Foods-I like Italian, I love pasta, chicken and fish. Enjoy salad and always experiment with different vegetables. I am married with 3 children, one daugher is grown, one is in college and my son will graduate HS in June. I have a 3 year old Grandson who loves to help me, he is my official Taste Tester.
