A delicious and easy treatment for brussel sprouts. The roasting mellows the flavor. Even my brussel sprout hating guests ate these - not piles of them, but they were impressed. If you hate this vegetable, nothing is going to make them good. But, if you like them - this is the best way to make them. Cut them in half if they are big."
