Very tasty dish. For something so simple to make with not too many ingredients, there was so much depth of flavor....better than I expected. For the wine I used Pinot Grigio, and it worked beautifully. I'll definitely make it again, and I may try it with shrimp rather than scallops.

Reviewed Orzo with Sausage, Peppers and Tomatoes

Very tasty dish. I like less pasta and more meat so I used 3/4 lbs of pasta and 3 1/2 links of sausage. I also used a yellow bell pepper in addition to the red and orange, and steamed some fresh spinach and added it with the peppers. Even though it was probably not needed, the spinach added extra flavor and color. I just felt like I needed som"

Reviewed Pasta with Pancetta and Leeks

Enjoyed the dish very much. The flavors were subtle but very complementary and delicious. The next time I make this (which I definitely will), I will double the pancetta....I like to have more meat or meat flavor since I eat this as the main dish. No others changes needed."
