Reviewed capellini with tomatoes and basil

Made this last night and everyone loved it. I roasted the tomatoes and thyme for 15 minutes in the oven and added it and all the other ingredients to the drained pasta which I returned to the pot. Added some chicken broth to give it some additional flavor and simmered while tossing to keep it warm. It was delicious.

This is a really wonderful "comfort food" recipe. I make exactly as the recipe is written except I use egg noodles. Everyone LOVES it. Making again tomorrow for my father's birthday dinner party. Wonderful flavor and serves a large group."

I made this a couple of weeks ago and loved it so much I made it again last night. I use baby spinach instead of arugula, I use whole tomatoes that I crush with my hands and use most of the juice and finish with parmesan cheese.
