Reviewed Red Lentil Soup
"I'm not Indian but did go to an Indian boarding school and have always loved dal (red lentil soup). Just never made it. I was so happy when Aarti won and showed us this recipe. I just made it and had an Indian neighbor taste it and she couldn't believe it was my first time making it. It's all thanks to Aarti who makes it look so simple and easy. My hubby really loved it too which is a big plus.
