Reviewed Indian Summer Stew: Butternut Squash, Coconut, and Lentil Stew
"This is a great, simple and wonderfully delicious stew. I have made it three (3) times since Aarti first made it on January 9. My husband loves it. It is just fantastic. I do not use the coconut, but I use coconut oil instead of canola oil. I get a wonderful coconut flavor with the oil without the chewy coconut! Thanks Aarti!
