Very good...the next time I make it, though, I will use a touch of cayenne or even a little chipotle in the beef to give it some heat. The cheese sauce was creamy and flavorful, and I used a 2% shredded cheese and didn't feel like I missed out on any flavor. I would also recommend cooking the noodles a touch shy of what the package calls for...
