I'm kind of glad it was NOT too hot, because I love the taste but not thru intense heat. it was good for the heat. next time I'll make sure I add more jalopenos.(?)

good to know they freeze well!! I was thinking about that as I was stuffing them. thanks!! I found them so good.

I made these, so good. I used hot sausage, didn't have choirzo, but still. so good. I made 8 for two of us, two are left, I could easily eat them. I even used precooked rice. still, so good!! oh and not hot, despite the peppers and the not sausage. thank you Guy!!!
