I lived in Maine for years and was excited to find this recipe for a home made clambake. I don't eat much meat, so I put the potatoes on the very bottom, and the corn (cut the cobs in 1/2) on top of the potatoes, then stacked the rest of the seafood as the recipe states. This is the BEST EVER apple tart! I added blackberries and it was delicious! So easy to make (especially with a store bought crust and you could add any kind of fruit you want.
