Just made this dish for my mom. She absolutely loved it. Agree that the balsamic glaze does take time to get to the right consistentcy and texture, but it was well worth it. Thought it might be too sweet (as some have mentioned), but it actually complimented the fish extremely well. And I even added some honey to offset the bitterness of the balsa"
