Reviewed Flour's Famous Banana Bread
"This recipe is so good! I thought I'd try something different and not use my regular recipe this one time...sure glad I veered off the beaten path! Its so moist and tons of flavor. To cut down on the fat, I substituted 1/4 cup applesauce for the the 1/2 cup oil the recipe calls for. You would never guess this has half the fat! I like to toast my banana bread and then put some cream cheese on it. I know, I know...totally defeats the purpose of trying to make it low fat...but you got to splurge somewhere! :
