My Activity

Reviewed Crabbies

"These were alright. I used slightly less butter and served on english muffin points. They tasted good but they need something extra. Next time I would add some Old Bay to the mix and maybe sprinkle some paprika on top. I would recommend broiling these after baking to brown them. "

Reviewed Chocolate Coconut Balls

"Delicious but very messy! I followed the recipe exactly except I substituted walnuts for macadamia nuts. They are yummy but every step of the process makes a mess. I will probably make these again because I usually have the few ingredients on hand. Would be great with almonds!"

Reviewed Cocoa Brownies

"DANGEROUS!!! These are the best brownies I have ever tasted in my life! Just scrumptious. Very easy to put together and I always have the listed ingredients on hand. These just BEG for vanilla ice cream! Will never use a boxed brownie mix again.""

Reviewed Perfect Roast Chicken

"This was just delicious and easy! I used a 7 lb roaster so it took close to two hours. I added about a cup of chicken stock to the pan so I could make a gravy. The flavor of the veggies really added nice flavor to the pan sauce. The lemon and garlic flavored the chicken without being overwhelming. The only problem I had was that the carrots were hard even after 2 hours!! Next time I would just boil some on the side. I will definitely make this again and may use the concept for my Thanksgiving turkey! Thanks Ina - your recipes are ALWAYS fantastic!!
