Reviewed Spinach and Ricotta Gnocchi with Quick Tomato Sauce

This was delicious! And easy. I was attracted to the fact that it the recipe wasn't heavily dependent on regular flour so I tried it using an all-purpose gluten-free flour. And it worked great. Light and flavorful, quick to cook and went very well with the tomato sauce. Make the sauce the day before if you can. Makes the gnocchi prep much less involved....
