Crust was thicker than I had expected, texture was not as smooth as I expected, but overall, this is a good recipe. Tastes like Pumpkin Cheesecake!

Nothing fancy, just a mixed up sweet potato topping, twice baked! I tried these once at Thanksgiving and I have been making them throughout the year since. Family and friends rave over them and they are super easy and delicious!

The dough resembles a thick cake batter. With the measurements in this recipe, even a soft a dough ball will be next to impossible. Made two batches thinking I made a mistake and neither one did well. Took over 5 hours to rise. I put 5 cups of flour in the second batch and it was still too sticky to work with.
