Reviewed Coconut Shrimp with Pineapple Habanero Chutney

delicious if you like thin crust with light coconut, but if you prefer more crust I
doubled flour, still so thin a batter that coconut floated off in fryer, so I pressed additional coconut and panko dry mix into shrimp. I also used carribean jerk seasoning as maranade, in batter & sprinkled on! used jalapeno in chutney & added red pepper...
