This is a perfect recipe for cauliflower. I did not have parmesan cheese so I added lemon zest (approx. 1/2 tsp) for additional flavor, and cooked everything else as written. This is definitely a recipe to have in your rotation.

This is a decent recipe, however I will make changes the next time I make it. Firstly, as others have posted, there's way too much juice, I suggest using less juice than what the recipe calls for. Secondly, the orange taste is too strong, I will not add the zest next time.

This is a nice hearty soup for a cold winter day, but I thought it lacked the "wow" factor I've found in Ina's other soups. I included the bread and am not sure I would include it in the future; I don't think it adds a lot a flavor to the soup and in my opinion didn't freeze well."

This was a wonderful dish and I will definitely make it again. I added a splash more red wine vinegar than what the recipe called for and thought the flavor was fantastic. I'm also going to start preparing my salmon as instructed in this recipe...it's incredibly easy and equally delicious.

I made this for an office function and my coworkers loved it. I was really pleased because some are foodies.

Great recipe! This recipe contains many of the qualities I like for meals: easy to prepare, flavorful and nice presentation. However, I did made a slight change. Instead of using chicken sausage, I used mild italian sausage. I will definitely make this recipe again.
