Reviewed Turkey Larb
"loved it! Never really tried to recreate Thai food at home. Having been to Thailand, I liked it a bit more on the spicy side and used probably 4 Thai chilies and added garlic when cooking down the onions. The dish serves well with rice, the dressing is really good!"
Reviewed Irish Soda Bread
"Just out of the oven and I can't help but break off a piece! Nice that it is a quick and easy way to have bread with a meal. Not having to wait for the dough to rise makes it FAST. I added roasted garlic to the dough and it is soooo good."
Reviewed Basic Pizza Dough
"Good crust, I added garlic to the dough. Easy recipe, not too thin or doughy. It was kind of difficult to gauge when it was finished without the cooking time. "
Reviewed Broiled Tilapia with Mustard-Chive Sauce
"I'm not the easiest to please with fish. This was so good! Simple, easy, and healthy. Can't beat that."
Reviewed Green Eggs and Ham
"Made this for a quick lunch. Would be perfect for a brunch! Easy, little mess, and cute presentation...Plus they were very tasty."
Reviewed Garbanzo Soup with Ham and Broad Beans
"Very good soup, Liked using the garbanzo and broad beans together. Can't go wrong with ham in this family!"
Reviewed Classic Italian Lasagna
"Not bad, I like a saucy lasagna. Next time I think I will use more sauce. I also think seasoning the meat a little more would be a good idea. My husband didn't care for the large amounts of spinach, but I thought it was a good balance.""
Reviewed Halibut with Balsamic Glaze
"Simple and very good! ""
