Reviewed lasagna with turkey sausage

If you'd like, you can use 25ish ounces of your favorite (tomato-based) sauce instead of ingredients 5 through 8. Be careful not to use too much sauce as your lasagna will be goopy (i.e., won't set up properly). I used half as much mozzarella. Thanks again, Ina!

Wonderful. Definitely too sweet for my taste so I may play with the sugar, but I suspected they'd be that sweet from my firsthand experience with the "real" Flour sticky buns. A few changes:

- I used 1 c. of whole wheat flour in place of 1 c. of all purpose (so 1 c. WW + 1.5 c. AP)

Many thanks to the other reviewers who suggested watching the time. I did 10 min. at 400 and 20 min. at 350. I also used 1.5 cups of olive oil and 5 large eggs. They came out wonderful. I made 12 cupcakes and 2 mini loafs. Now that I've got this good recipe, I don't need to go to Flour Bakery here in Boston (but don't tell them that).""

"Perfect" as it says. I'm sure it's phenomenal with something on top, but it's delicious as is. Another reviewer mentioned Alton's brining recipe, which I also followed prior to cooking the turkey according to Ina's recipe. I also melted another stick of butter with some thyme to baste the turkey. I would recommend going half the salt on the brin...
