Reviewed Salmon Croquettes
"Thought this was a wonderful salmon croquette recipe. I, too, followed earlier reviewers and added some old bay seasoning as well as some salt and pepper. I also dipped the croquettes in cornmeal before frying instead of coating the outside in breadcrumbs. This recipe is definitely a keeper!"
