"This was my first encounter with squash. I made it for New Years day dinner. Big hit! I did add nutmeg, and some cinn. it added a nice warmth to it. Also I thought it was a pain in the butt to scoup out the squash from the shell, so today I just peeled and chopped it. Much easier! ""

"O my goodness! Outstanding! This was my first ever cake from scratch it turned out so yummy! I didnt have raisens but had some dried cherries on hand they added some nice tartness! I wasnt a huge fan of the savoryish icing, but they hubby was! I think even just some powdered suger on top would be great! ""
