"At first i did not want to try the recipe because i severely dislike molasses. But since i love pulled pork and our supermarket had a sale , i scored a nice 7 lb boston butt. I tried the recipe and, boy!, am i ever glad i did. This was the most tastiest pulled pork i have ever had. I did, however, steer from the recipe by using the slow cooker. Af"

I usually add some prosciutto (or Bacon , if i don't have prosciutto to the dish while cooking and stirring. With Risotto you always need to have extra broth on hand, since you will be cooking/adding liquid by taste, look and feel, rather than recipe"

"The cheesecake was awesome. I followed the instructions, but i had to sub a 10x3 inch pan(worked fine, cake was not all the way to the top. i made the crust, even up the sides. Continued with the rest of the instructions. On the recipe her on Foodnetwork it says 1 hours @ 250ºF. In the book "good eats: the early years" he writes 2 hours at 250ºF""
