"This was great!! My son and I made this together, we also only used one egg and it made the meatballs less sticky and gooey.The second time we made it we changed it up a bit and added roasted pine nuts as well as some mushrooms and broccoli. Instead of bocconcini, shredded mozzarela worked better. It is fast and fun to make.
