Reviewed Homemade Mayonnaise

“I tried making mayonnaise following another recipe and it was a complete failure. I then tried right after making it following this recipe...SUCCESS. super easy!!!
To avoid the risk of Salmonella, I also washed the eggs shells with soap and cold water before separating the whites from the yokes. Any other suggestions?
