Reviewed Asian Slaw

Dec 22, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

The first time I made it, I thought "how important could this fussy step of sauteeing the garlic and ginger be?" It was good, but...you know. The second time I made it, I followed the directions and wow, was it ever worth it. I like that the dressing is not terribly oily. No single ingredient overpowers the others (anyone else had Asian slaw that...

Reviewed Man Hash Browns

Dec 5, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Delish. I too added onion (2 T.), and I wanted a "patatas bravas" flavor so I threw in a pinch of smoked paprika. But the procedure and cooking instructions produced the first crispy hash browns I've ever cooked from scratch!
