I am a mother of 4 kids...I have been baking since I was 7 years old...most of the values and principles that my parents shared with me and my siblings...were by baking...
I will see my father coming after his office, taking his tie and then share with us..something special
My parents were able to make us do things for fun more than an obligation....
So today I am sharing with my kids the same recipes we had...and the recipes come from my grand grand mother....
A great way to remember my family through distance is baking....
I believe that baking has to be something that not only looks nice but also taste great

I like different dishes...but I will say good and healthy salads are great with a good homemade dressing
