"Delicious! I made these last night for a party and all but one were gone! Although my husband ate the last one while cleaning up. So I can say they were a hit. I did not find them dry at all. Reviewed Salted Caramel Banana Pudding Pie

"I made this last night and it took me 4 times to get the caramel right, but the rest was pretty easy. The pie tasted delicious. It was very rich though. My complaint was that it really fell apart once we cut into it, so it looked pretty messy and didn't hold together. Maybe I need to chill it longer than 6 hours... I will probably make it again.

Reviewed Creamy Caramel Sauce

"Well, definitely tasty once you can accomplish it. It took me 4 tries to get this to come out right. I do live at 3500 feet, so don't know if the altitude was messing with me, but I was determined to make the salted caramel banana creme pie for a early Thanksgiving dinner tonight with my family. I finally looked at other caramel sauce recipes on Food Network and read some reviews and what to do. So what finally worked was turning the heat up and adding 1 T. of corn syrup to the mix. Also, yes it does take a lot longer than what the recipe says. Very good, once you can make it...but be patient!
