Reviewed Southwestern Chili

The cider vinegar gave this a taste that I just could not get over--in a bad way. Neither my husband nor I could even eat the chili, the taste was so bizarre. I do suspect that if he hadn't added the vinegar, it would have been pretty good.

These were good, but we've prepared lamb with marinades that I thought were a lot more flavorful than this one. I wasn't blown away, but it was good and I wouldn't be embarrassed to serve them to anyone.
